Protect Your Business

Here are some helpful tips to protect your business:

  • Implement a strict security policy for your business premises. Ensure that there are surveillance cameras installed in all entry and exit points.
  • Make sure that your business is well lit, especially at night. Install motion-sensing lights that will automatically switch on if anyone approaches the building.
  • Make sure all windows and doors are locked when the business is closed. Install security alarms and motion detectors.
  • Install an access control system to allow employees and visitors to enter the premises.
  • Educate your employees on the importance of security and the protocols they should follow.
  • Ensure that your business has a secure online presence. Educate your staff on the importance of strong passwords and other safety measures.
  • Regularly check the exterior of your building for any suspicious activity or signs of forced entry.
  • Report any suspicious activity to the Saint John Police immediately.
