The Saint John Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing youth.
It is reported that:
Dallas Kelly, 14, was last seen on August 23, 2023, in the Woodward Avenue area.
He is described as 5’ 10”, 120 lbs with a slender build, dark shoulder length hair and brown eyes. He wears thick brimmed glasses.
Police are concerned for his safety.
