On Thursday, July 18, 2024, at approximately 11:38 p.m., the Saint John Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Prince Edward Street. A 25-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged with failure/refusal to comply with a breath demand. The man was later released from custody to appear in court at a later date.

On Friday, July 19, 2024, at approximately 1:54 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop on an individual operating a motorcycle at the intersection of Princess and Orange Street. A 25-year-old man was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. He was later released from custody to appear in court at a later date.

On Friday, July 19, 2024, at approximately 3:52 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop eastbound on Highway 1. A 39-year-old man was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. He was later released from custody to appear in court at a later date.

On Friday, July 19, 2024, at approximately 8:55 a.m., police responded to the call of a possible impaired driver in the 900-block of Ashburn Road. Police arrived in the area and located the vehicle, with the driver passed out behind the wheel. A 46-year-old man was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. He was later released from custody to appear in court at a later date.
