Announcement of Deputy Chief of Police

The Saint John Police is pleased to announce the appointment of Neal Fowler as its new Deputy Chief effective immediately. The appointment follows an extensive selection process and reflects the organizations commitment to strong leadership and continuous improvement. 

Deputy Chief Fowler brings more than 22 years of policing experience with the Saint John Police, where he has progressed through the ranks and developed a strong record of leadership, innovation, and community engagement. In his new role, he will support the Chief in overseeing operations, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality policing services to the community.
