The Saint John Police have arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with a break and enter in the 100-block of Waterloo Street.
It is reported that:
On Sunday, March 24, 2024, at approximately 6:26 a.m., officers responded to a report of a break and enter at a convenience store in the 100-block of Waterloo Street.
On arrival, police discovered that the business had been broken into. The building was damaged, but nothing was stolen.
Officers canvassed for surveillance video in the area and identified a suspect.
On March 24, 2024, at approximately 09:52 a.m., the 41-year-old suspect was located by police and arrested for break and enter. He was later released from custody on an undertaking with conditions including to appear in court on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
