Arrest in Mischief (Graffiti) Investigation – Germain Street South

The Saint John Police are seeking assistance in a graffiti investigation following the arrest of a 34-year-old man.  

It is reported that:

On Sunday, July 9, 2023, at approximately 11:43 a.m., the Saint John Police responded to a report of mischief in the 70-block of Germain Street South.

It was alleged that the suspect had tagged a building with graffiti and he was still in the area.

Police arrived to locate the damage and a suspect matching the description.

A 34-year-old man was issued an appearance notice for mischief under $5000.00 and to attend court on September 21, 2023.

As part of the investigation, the Saint John Police are asking the public to report any graffiti that is similar to the tag shown in the photograph.
