On September 24, 2022, following an investigation by the Major Crime Unit, a 57-year-old man was arrested in relation to the break, enter, and theft investigation that occurred between September 12, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., and September 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. The accused was released from custody on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on January 13, 2025.

The Saint John Police are seeking information in connection with a break, enter and theft of items from a business.
It is alleged that:
On or between September 12, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., and September 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., a break and enter occurred at a business located in the 10-block of Duke Street.
Several items were stolen from the location with a total value of approximately $2450,00. One of the windows was also reported damaged as a result of the incident.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses or anyone in the area that has dash-cam or video surveillance of the incident at the time it occurred.
