Canada-wide Warrant Bruce Marion, 49

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Bruce Marion who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

It is reported that:

On November 6, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. It is alleged that he failed to report to the Community Correctional Center as required.

MARION is described as 5’7”, 140 lbs, brown hair, and blue eyes. He has a “F T W” tattoo on his left middle 3 fingers and a “Menace to Society” tattoo on his right shoulder.

Bruce Marion is a 49-year-old serving a 4-year, 6-month sentence for convictions of; possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition (X2), possession of a prohibited weapon knowing it was unauthorized, possession of a firearm knowing it is altered/defaced, unauthorized possession of a firearm (X3), possession of property obtained by crime – over $5000, and possession of a schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking (X2).
