On April 11, 2024, Curtis Furlotte was reported unlawfully at large. As a result of an investigation by the Street Crime Integrated Enforcement Unit (I.E.U.), the accused was located and arrested after a brief foot pursuit on July 17, 2024.
The accused was in possession of the following at the time of his arrest:
-26 fentanyl patches
-Two shotgun shells
-A firearm component
-2.9 grams of fentanyl
-1.62 grams of cocaine
-63.47 grams of crystal meth
-Digital scales
The accused was charged with being unlawfully at large, possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of cocaine and possession of ammunition contrary to a probation order. The accused was remanded on the new charges and his parole has been suspended.
The Integrated Enforcement Unit (I.E.U.) currently consists of officers from the Saint John Police, Kennebecasis Regional Police Force, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and New Brunswick Justice and Public Safety.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Curtis Furlotte who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On April 11, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. FURLOTTE failed to report to the Community Correctional Centre in Saint John as directed.
FURLOTTE is described as 5’7, 140lbs, black hair, and brown eyes. He has the following tattoos:
Right Leg – FURLOTTE letters
Left Forearm – 3 skulls “hear no see no speak no”
Neck – Chinese writing
Right Forearm – Chinese writing
Curtis FURLOTTE is a 34-year-old serving a 2-year, 5-month and 2-day sentence for convictions of; Possession Schedule I Substance (x3), Possession Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (x2), Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5000 and, Fail to Comply with Order – At Large.
