(Arrested) Canada-wide Warrant

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, the accused was arrested in Moncton and remains in custody.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Devlin O’Blenis who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.   

It is reported that:

On March 7, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of statutory release. O’Blenis was released from an institution in Quebec. He failed to report to a community correctional center in Saint John on March 6, 2024. His last known location is believed to be Moncton, NB on March 6, 2024.  

O’Blenis is described as 6’0”, 190 lbs, brown hair and blue eyes. Some of his tattoos include:

  • Left arm – skull, graveyard and prayer hands
  • Right arm – skull
  • Right forearm – skull

The 33-year-old is serving a 4-year 6-month 19-day sentence for Discharge Restricted/Prohibited Firearm with Intent and Possess Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order.
