The Saint John Police Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Belliveau, 38, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On July 22, 2026, at approximately 3:35 p.m., police were notified that a warrant had been issued for Joshua Belliveau after violating the conditions of his statutory release as his whereabouts are unknown.
Belliveau is originally from the Moncton area and was last seen on Monday, July 20, 2026, in the south end of Saint John.
Belliveau is described as 5’10” tall and 160 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos, including “Be You” on his left hand, “Stay True” on his right hand, “Me Against the World” on the right side of his neck, and “712” or “702” with a crown on the left side of his neck. No clothing description was provided.
Belliveau is serving his second federal sentence of two years, eleven months, and one day for Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition, Possession of a Weapon Contrary to a Prohibition Order, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm/Prohibited or Restricted Weapon in a Motor Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Resisting/Obstruction of a Peace Officer, Dangerous Operation Conveyance, Unlawfully in Dwelling House, Flight from Peace Officer and Escape or Being at Large Without Excuse.
Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone who sees Belliveau or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police at 506-648-3333.
