The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Jessica Fair, 36, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On March 31, 2026, a warrant was issued for Jessica Fair for breaching the conditions of her statutory release as she absconded from the community-based residential facility where she was to reside in Saint John.
Fair is a first-time federal offender serving a two-year sentence for Theft Under (x5), Mischief, and Obstruct Public/Peace Officer.
Fair is described as 5’7”, 216lbs, brown hair, and blue eyes. No clothing description was provided.
Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone who sees Fair or has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police at 506-648-3333.
