Canada-wide Warrant Mackenzie Moir, 25

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Mackenzie Moir, 25, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.  

It is reported that: 

On October 6, 2025, a warrant was issued for Mackenzie Moir for breaching the conditions of his statutory release.  He also failed to return to Parrtown Community Correctional Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick. 

Moir is a first-time federal offender currently serving a four-year, seven-month, and 23-day sentence for discharge firearm with intent, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, and obstruct a peace officer. 

Moir is described as 5’3”, 161 lbs, short brown hair, brown beard, and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a dark sweater, dark pants, and white shoes. 

Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect.  Anyone who sees Moir or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police at 1-506-648-3333.  Anonymous tips can be given to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), by submitting a secure web tip at crimenb.ca/tips/ or by using the P3 Tips app.
