On Wednesday, April 03, 2024, the accused was arrested in Moncton and remains in custody.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Shane Schrader who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On March 22, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of his statutory release. Schrader failed to report to the Community Correctional Centre in Saint John as directed.
Schrader is described as 5’6, 163lbs, red hair, and hazel eyes. He has tattoos on his left hand “902” and “LOVE” and right shoulder (dragon).
The Mr. SCHRADER is a 36-year-old serving a 6-year, 11-month and 9-day sentence for convictions of; Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Careless Use/Storage of a Firearm (x2), Possession of a firearm/Prohibited or Restricted Weapon at an Unauthorized Place, Unauthorized Possession of a firearm/Prohibited or Restricted Weapon in a Motor Vehicle, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Weapon, Mischief in Relation to Other Property and Discharging a Firearm Reckless Life/Safety.
