On Thursday, May 11, 2024, the accused was arrested in Moncton and remains in custody.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Shelley Marr who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On May 06, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of her statutory release. MARR failed to return to Saint John after visiting the Moncton NB area on a travel permit as directed.
MARR is described as 5’3, 130lbs, blonde hair, and hazel eyes. She has several tattoos and piercings. Some of the tattoos include the words Abbey and Kyla as well as stars on her neck.
Shelley MARR is a 37-year-old serving a 2-year sentence for convictions of; Break and Enter with intent, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, Procures/Possesses/Sells Identity Document, Theft Under $5000, Mischief to Property, Failure to Attend Court (x2) and Failure to Comply with Undertaking.
