(UPDATE) Canada-wide Warrant

On Thursday, February 22, 2024, the accused turned himself in. He was released from custody without further charges as his sentence had expired.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Timothy Mason who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.   

It is reported that:

On Monday, February 19, 2024, a warrant was issued for breaching the conditions of statutory release. Mason was residing in the community.  

Mason is described as 5’9”, 278 lbs, with hazels eyes. He has a tattoo covering the front of his neck.

The 45-year-old is serving a sentence of two years, one month and six days for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (x6), Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Under $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5000, Assault-Intentional Use of Force (x2), Fail to Attend Court At Large, Fail to Comply with a Probation Order, and Escape or Being At Large Without Excuse.
