On March 22, 2023, a 24-year-old man was arrested and charged for multiple criminal code driving offences relating to this incident. He will be appearing in court to answer to those charges at a later date.

The Saint John Police are seeking to identify the driver and vehicle involved in a hit and run collision involving a pedestrian.
It is reported that:
On Thursday, December 8, 2022, at approximately 6:13 p.m., the Saint John Police responded to a hit and run collision involving a pedestrian in a parking lot on McAllister Drive.
A small four door sedan struck a 44-year-old woman who was walking across the parking lot and the driver failed to remain at the scene.
The victim was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses or anyone in the area that has dash-cam or video surveillance of the incident at the time it occurred.
