Medical Assistance Call on Exmouth Street

The Saint John Police responded to a medical call regarding an unidentified injured male.

It is reported that:

On May 15, 2024, at 12:55 a.m. Emergency Responders were dispatched to the 100-block of Exmouth Street in relation to a man that was laying injured in the road.

Upon arrival, a man was observed face down and unconscious. He received immediate treatment at the scene and was subsequently transported to the hospital by paramedics. His injuries are considered serious, and he remains under medical care.

The Saint John Police Major Crime Unit is investigating the incident. The individual has been identified as a 51-year-old man. Major Crime Detectives continue to investigate this incident. Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone in the area that has dash-cam or video surveillance of the incident at the time it occurred.
