Public Alert - Saint John Police Force

The Saint John Police are issuing a public alert regarding our Public Safety Communication Center (PSCC).

As a result of a phone scam on March 24, 2025, our PSCC center is experiencing an increase in calls coming into our non-emergency line 506-648-3333.

Should you have an emergency and need immediate response please call 911.

Our non- emergency line is working however is experiencing a high volume of calls that are coming in from around the world. Due to the increase call volume, you may experience longer than normal wait times.

For your non-emergency request, we would ask for your patience at this time as we work through this incident.
