Arrests in Break and Enter Investigation

The Saint John Police have made arrests in relation to a break and enter investigation in the south end of Saint John. 

It is alleged that: 

On Monday, September 22, 2025, at approximately 04:20 a.m. police responded to a call of a possible break and enter in the 19-block of Harding Street in Saint John.  Two male parties were seen trying to make entry to a building that was under construction. 

Police arrived a short time after being dispatched and located a 33-year-old male and a 40-year-old male inside of the building.  The individuals were taken into custody without incident.   

The males were charged with break and enter and possession of break-in instruments.  They were both held in custody and will appear in Court on September 25, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. for a bail hearing.
