The Saint John Police Court Services Unit serves as a liaison between the Saint John Police and the judicial system. They oversee all Saint John Police files involving charges under municipal, provincial and federal legislation.

They coordinate the tracking, disclosure, review, approval and quality assurance of these files until the court process has concluded.

They work closely with the Crown Prosecutors office to ensure that our role in the court process runs efficiently. Additionally, they ensure that our members are up to date on court policies and procedures.
