The Saint John Police have arrested a 15-year-old youth and an 18-year-old adult for dangerous operation of motor vehicles
It is alleged that:
On Sunday, February 9, 2025, at approximately 4:45 a.m., an ambulance responding to an emergency was being blocked by two vehicles preventing the ambulance from passing on Highway #1 westbound near the Rothesay Avenue exit.

The two male occupants of the vehicle, ages 15 and 18, were arrested for dangerous operation of motor vehicles. It was later determined that both vehicles were reportedly stolen.
No one was injured during the incident.
Both accused were held in custody and are expected to appear in court on Monday, February 10, 2025, on a number of additional charges.
