The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Bernard Kellar, 36, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On May 26, 2026, police were made aware that a warrant was issued on May 17, 2026, for Bernard Kellar, for breaching the conditions of his statutory release as his whereabouts have been unknown.
Kellar is a first-time federal offender serving 2 years and 1 month for Robbery with Violence, Theft Under $5000 (x5), Obstruct Peace Officer (x2), Identity Fraud with Intent, Motor Vehicle Theft, Break Enter and Commit Theft Under $5000, Procures/Possesses/Sells Identity Document, and Offences Under Motor Vehicle Act of NB. Assault with a Weapon, Theft Under 5,000$ and Fail to Attend Court-Undertaking/Recognizance.
Kellar is described as 5’8”, 190 lbs, recently shaved head with a brown beard, and brown eyes. He does not have any tattoos and no clothing description was provided.
Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone who sees Kellar or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police at 506-648-3333.
