(ARRESTED) Canada-wide Warrant

Update: January 29, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. 

On January 28, 2026, the accused was located and arrested by the Saint John Police. 

The accused is facing charges for being unlawfully at large, resisting arrest, and possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose. He was held in custody and will attend provincial court today. 

The Saint John Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.

The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Austin Inman, 31 who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.  

It is reported that: 

On January 27, 2026, a warrant was issued for Austin Inman for breaching the conditions of his statutory release as he failed to return to Parrtown Community Correctional Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick. 

Inman is a third time federal offender currently serving a sentence of two years and one day for Theft Under $5000 (x8) and Fail to Comply with Undertaking – At Large. 

Inman is described as 5’5”, 160lbs, brown hair, and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and white track suit with black and white sneakers (as seen in the photo). 

Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone who sees Inman or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police at 506-648-3333. Anonymous tips can be given to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), by submitting a secure web tip at Anonymous Tips – N.B.
