The Saint John Police Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Michael Fallon, 28, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On August 18, 2026, a Canada-wide warrant was issued for Michael Fallon for violating the conditions of his statutory release. Fallon failed to report to Parrtown in Saint John as directed, he was last seen leaving Springhill Institution in Amherst Nova Scotia on August 18, 2026.
Fallon is described as 5’7” tall, 194 lbs, with blond hair and blue eyes.
Falloin is a first-time federal offender serving an 8-year, 2-month and 8-days sentence for Manslaughter, Assault Peace Officer, Assault-Threats Violence Use of Force, Possession Weapon Contrary to Prohibited Order (x2), Obstruct Public/Peace Officer and Possession Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5000 (x2)
Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone who sees Fallon or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police Force at 506-648-3333.
