Arrest in Break and Enter – Fairville Blvd

The Saint John Police have arrested a 49-year-old man following a break and enter at a mosque.

It is reported that:

On Thursday, April 18, 2024, at approximately 6:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter at a mosque in the 900-block of Fairville Blvd.

An unknown man was observed inside the location at 5:30 a.m. and was seen leaving on foot.

The alleged offence was investigated by the Saint John Police Patrol Services Division with the assistance of the Major Crime Unit.

On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, a 49-year-old male was taken into custody without incident. The accused was held in custody and scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, May 01, 2024.
