The Saint John Police have arrested a 46-year-old man following a residential break and enter

It is reported that:

On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at approximately 1:48 a.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter in the 40-block of Clarendon Street.

It was alleged that the suspect had entered an apartment while the residents were sleeping and stole a number of items.

A resident woke to discover items missing including keys to a vehicle and the vehicle itself that had been parked outside.

At approximately 2:30 a.m., an officer located the stolen vehicle in a parking lot on Loch Lomond Road and arrested the 46-year-old driver and lone occupant of the vehicle.
